They didn't take out my payment on the 28th.
They didn't bother telling me my policy was expiring. So instead of calling, texting or emailing me to let me know.
They just let it expire. That's *** I wasted all that money for so long and they didn't seem to care or want my money anymore.
Will not recommend to anyone. Thank you for nothing.

They charge me twice a month when I'm only supposed to be charged once and when you call it just hangs up and doesn't connect you to anyone to talk to about it causing me to have to close my checking account
Somebody kept my payment and return my March payment, but kept my April and may payment. I went to somebody else because your computer kick me out of your system,I been with you'll for4yrs,
Where is my May payment? You'll kick me out of the system and the last payment you said was in February, but you sent my March payment back, and you kept my April and May.
Can I get both of those payments back as I am no longer with you? Thanks for your system.

They are no longer in business. The company closed and are not paying claims. They are only taking the monthly payments to pay back Jeb Bush.

My transmission went out on Christmas mornit has been at the shop since then. They keep net picking.
I have sent documents and sent documents and that nothing is never good enough for them will Never do business with them again claims It's rude, I have talked to several different people. Nothing can get resold and they will not hold up to their standards. They're part of the deal. I have made payments 2 years straight and never had a claim And now that I need them.
I'm treated like a piece of dirt.
I will Be calling the Florida Attorney General. And maybe some local news stations down there and lawyer

I have a 2009 Dodge Charger needing an engine, and your appraiser has come out and looked at the vehicle. But a gentleman from your agency stated that my claim would not be approved because the mechanic used a high mileage oil during my oil changes instead of the owners manual recommended oil for new cars.
My car has over 142.000 miles which calls for thicker oil. He should be more concerned that I had regular oil changes as needed instead of what grade of oil my mechanic used during the oil changes. And once more, he acted as if I told the mechanic what oil to use; I took my car in for an oil change, nothing more. My vehicle has been at this garage for over one year, and I paid my payments as agreed and expect the same from Protect My Car.
Below you will see research on the oil used in my car. And the engine did not break down because of the oil used. It ran great and started acting up due to a part malfunction. 5W-30 oil has been the lead viscosity recommendation by automakers over the past four decades for use in many vehicle types - passenger cars, SUVs, light vans, and trucks including those with high-performance turbocharged and supercharged engines.

Here is my written response to a decision by Mr.
Gio that expresses my desire for a different outcome, in addition to stating below why I am questioning his decision and denial of my claim. This is my opportunity to share why I believe it was incorrect and suggest a remedy and approval be given to Guy Auto (Mechanic), so my vehicle can receive the engine it needs.

A. To keep it simple, consider oil viscosity as the thickness.

After reading the information above, I feel that Guy used the best oil for my vehicle and that Protect My Car should continue our business relationship and approve my claim on the 2009 Dodge Charger. It is imperative that the above information be examined and the decision of Mr. Gio be overturned for the sole reason concerning 5w-30 versus 5W-20 oil usage in the oil changes in my vehicle.
I will send this letter up the chain of command within your organization until everyone reads this letter. I am detected to go as far as the CEO if needed. I regret that it has come to this, but I have paid for vehicle coverage and expect you to honor the contract as I did. I never missed a payment even though my vehicle was inoperable, per my obligation, and I feel Protect My Car should consider that too.
I request that you approve Guy Auto (mechanic) listed above to fix my vehicle. I also think it s within my rights and that I am not asking for anything unreasonable in my request. The inspector came out and submitted his report in March. 22, 2023, and presented his report.
I called Gio at (813) 575-****, but he has not answered or returned my messages. This type of response is very unprofessional and degrading to your company.
Could someone at least call and discuss with me the contents of the letter as some as possible.

It could be a dire emergency and he could even be deaf and they need an actual live person maybe not a towing truck so therefore I suggested recommend highly figuring out some alternative extended program plan on being able to have customers reach the business that promotes such credibility as they say for the consumers that deal with paying money on a policy that they can never reach until four if its convenient for the company thats not exactly convenient for the client or

After they sent an inspector 7/11/2023, neither have I or the dealer heard anything. I finally called during work hours and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Someone eventually picked up and informed me that I was the one they where waiting on... IDK why if I have been trying to reach them by email and phone as well to no avail. So come to find out I need to provide odometer reading from when I purchased the car which I have. Even though I bough the warranty with when I purchased my car on the 7/2022...
I wish I would have know or someone would have contacted me, here I am waiting on them to call me or the shop for an update and nothing, 2 weeks just went by for nothing. I have submitted documents they requested and the service records that I have through Car Fax. I just want my AC and brakes fixed so I can go back to work. Let see how long the take for them to tell me that they are not going to cover my warranty.
I truly believe they are going to try and use my transmission to void my whole claim because, i also let the shop know that my truck had a little studder... But, in all honesty why do we pay for warranty? when in reality they plan to never fix our cars, its a scam. But when I call as a new customer they answer so quickly.

I have had words with the employees like if I am in the wrong here, like if i don't have a right to be frustrated and annoyed like if we don't know that they take advantage of a lot of people who simply don't have the time or strength to get for what they paid. We don't have money to fix our cars, that's why we get warranty, just so they can bend us right over...
How are people supposed to fix their cars when they won't answer the dam phone. The shops can't wait on hols for 1 hr, they have *** to do. let alone 4 hours.
Stay away! If you call as a new customer they'll pick that phone up in 2 rings, but do a claim, 4 *** hrs...

yes my name is John tusky and I've been trying to get a hold of you folks for a while and I haven't got no response my new number and I gave this to you is 719-334-**** this is in regard to the cancellation of that canceled in December with you guys due to the fact I do not have this car no more it was stolen so why would I protect my car and use your service so in that case when I did cancel I got no bill nothing I heard from you until all of a sudden I noticed my account was short $88 and some change and that started on April May June and July there's four months of payments that you took out they did not have my consent in December you stop payment cuz I canceled why would you start service again I don't have the car I would not call you in regards to this so I put direct Express and on you guys not taking out my I told the direct express which is my credit card and therefore I'm disputing it I would like to go ahead and get my payback for April May June and July of 88 hours and some change I'm not worried about that I just like 4 months put back in my account or check send to me in regards to this matter direct Express should be going ahead and calling you shortly okay you can reach me at this number again 719-334-**** and my name is John teskey yes pissed off his customer unless you resolved this matter by giving my payment back of $88 of a car that I did not have that was stolen thank you I'm looking forward to hearing from you ASAP I have none

They do not keep their word on their warranty or reimbursement check. Mike give you the run around and you still do not receive your check.
So the next call will be my Lawyer.
I pay my monthly fee but can not get my car fix, a blown head gasket is on your warranty to be fixed. Thank you.

I didn't even know that protect my car went out of business. I also, been with them for about 4 years, too.
They also, denied my claim for my part that was part of my cooled system.
So, I had to $226.35 out of pocket. I agree, customer service is horrible.
